David J. Sangree, MAI, CPA, ISHC |
Mr. Sangree’s expertise is in the comprehensive analysis of leisure properties. He has performed studies on more than 2,000 existing and proposed hotels throughout North America in all price ranges including economy, full-service, extended-stay, luxury hotels and resorts, casinos, and waterpark resorts. He has also analyzed a wide range of amusements parks, ski resorts, golf courses, and conference centers. He has extensive experience in performing market and feasibility studies, impact analysis, appraisals, financial analysis and performance projections, and site selection. Since 1987, Mr. Sangree has provided consulting services to banks, hotel companies, developers, management companies, and other parties involved in the lodging and leisure industry. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in 1984. Mr. Sangree has appeared on Good Morning America and CNBC in segments profiling resorts and waterparks. In 2008, he was named one of Aquatics International Magazine's "Power 25," an annual list of professionals it deems the most powerful people in the aquatics industry. |

Eric B. Hansen, AIA, ISHC |
Mr. Hansen's expertise is in performing appraisals, market feasibility studies, property conditions assessment, and impact studies for hotels, resorts, waterparks, golf courses, conference centers, and other hospitality properties. Mr. Hansen offers more than 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has been the responsible architect on more than 65 hotels and conference centers of various brands, including full-service, extended stay, select-service and economy scales. In 2002, Mr. Hansen was invited to membership in the International Society of Hospitality Consultants as one of only eight architects in the membership. He brings expertise in performing site planning and concept development, feasibility analysis, zoning expert witness testimony, jurisdictional due diligence, and PIP analysis. Mr. Hansen received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati in 1989 and a certification in hotel financial management from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, Professional Development Program in 2007. He holds a Certified Real Estate Appraiser license in Ohio. Mr. Hansen was formerly employed by Cole + Russell Architects, Inc., as the Director of the C+RA Hospitality Studio. |

Laurel A. Keller |
Ms. Keller performs appraisals, market feasibility studies, and impact studies for a wide variety of hotels, golf resorts, ski resorts, indoor waterpark resorts, restaurants, and other leisure and hospitality properties nationally. She has been a hospitality consultant and appraiser since 2001, and holds a Certified Real Estate Appraiser’s License in the state of Ohio. Laurel Keller is a graduate of Purdue University’s hospitality management program. She has held management positions in the food and beverage, front office, and sales departments of hotel and country club properties in Ohio and Illinois. |

Mr. Pierce performs appraisals, market feasibility studies, and impact studies nationally for a wide range of hospitality properties. He has extensive experience in operations and accounting in hotels and resorts. He has been a hospitality consultant and appraiser since 2003 and holds a Certified Real Estate Appraiser License in the state of Ohio. During his career he has also managed an independently-owned hotel, The Talbott Hotel in Chicago and served as a Controller for both Marriott and Renaissance Hotels. Mr. Pierce has an MBA from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business. |

Nuresh Maredia |
Mr. Maredia performs appraisals, market feasibility studies, and impact studies for a wide variety of hotels, golf resorts, ski resorts, indoor waterpark resorts, restaurants, and other leisure and hospitality properties nationally. He has been a hospitality consultant and appraiser since 2006 and holds a Certified Real Estate Appraiser License in the state of Ohio. He has a wide range of experience in operations in hotels and resorts. He has held management positions at a hotel and at a restaurant in Texas and has helped operate and manage four independent hotels in India. Mr. Maredia has a Masters of Science in Hospitality Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance, both from Michigan State University. |
Kyle Mossman |
Mr. Mossman researches various hospitality-related topics for the firm and performs reviews and math checks of reports. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Otterbein College in 1999 and his Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Kent State University in 2006. |
