Surf Snowdonia is the world’s first inland surf lagoon. The attraction opened in the UK in 2015 and has attracted more than 150,000 visitors in it’s first year of operation, doubling the number predicted.

Enthusiasm for the industry was evident through the interactions I had with individuals from various parts of the United States and Canada that represented a variety of segments within the industry. Successes from 2016 and expectations of another successful year in 2017 were clearly articulated by the energetic attendees and vendors.
