Data and Research Coordinator

This position is responsible for acquiring, analyzing, and maintaining information and data from sources used for appraisals, market feasibility studies, impact analyses, and economic impact studies for hotels and leisure properties. The individual in this position evaluates and ensures the accuracy of internal spreadsheets and models. In addition, this position serves as the company’s point person for AI tool integration, leading efforts to evaluate, implement, and standardize AI-assisted workflows across the organization.
