In 2015, H&LA completed the hotel feasibility study for the proposed extended stay hotel in Hyde Park, New York. Today, we congratulate or client, T Rex Capital, on the Marriott franchise agreement award for the 133-room Residence Inn in Hyde Park. This hotel is part of a $500 million dollar development at Historic Hyde park whose plans call for development of two hotels, a conference center, a freestanding signature restaurant, a spa and culinary-based retail establishments.
