Eric B. Hansen, AIA, ISHC is attending the Ohio Conference on Tourism being held next week in Springfield, Ohio October 15 -17th. The Ohio Conference on Tourism is Ohio’s signature event for learning about the $38 billion tourism industry in Ohio. Bringing together tourism professionals, the Conference on Tourism is an event that represents all facets of the industry. From suppliers and consultants, to restaurants and culinary tourism, to lodging, to museums, attractions, and Ohio’s vintner culture, the conference brings to light important issues facing the tourism industry today. The conference is sponsored by the Ohio Travel Association (OTA) and Mr. Hansen currently serves the OTA as its treasurer. The OTA’s annual meeting is held during the conference and Mr. Hansen will be elected to the position of President-Elect for the 2014-2015 year.
