On behalf of the City of Bellevue, Nebraska, H&LA has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified development partners to bring new hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, and retail projects to the Good Life District, a transformative mixed-use destination now taking shape. Anchored by the under-construction Bellevue Bay Indoor Waterpark Resort, the district has been prioritized as a centerpiece of Bellevue’s long-term economic development strategy.

The RFP invites proposals that will complement the waterpark resort and help establish the district as a premier Midwestern destination for tourism, recreation, and family entertainment. The City is encouraging creative, market-aligned concepts across a range of uses, with the flexibility to tailor projects to developers’ brand strengths and operational expertise.

To support private investment, Bellevue is offering potential incentives and partnership opportunities, including the City’s LB 840 economic development program and other flexible development frameworks. These tools are designed to reduce development burden while accelerating the district’s growth and long-term impact.
