Hotel & Leisure Advisors offers our sincere congratulations to our client, Kalahari Resorts, for the opening of the new Kalahari Resort in Poconos, PA on July 1, 2015. We were honored to be a part of this project, completing the waterpark feasibility study and an economic impact study for Kalahari Resorts. This $230 million, 150 acre complex will be completed in two phases. Phase I offers 457 guestrooms, extensive convention and meeting space, restaurants, lounges, and family entertainment center. The 100,000 square foot indoor waterpark offers a retractable roof along with rides and attractions such as a Flowrider, lazy river, whirlpool, water coaster, and various slides. Other signature amenities include Spa Kalahari and Salon, Camp Kalahari Activities, and plenty of indoor and outdoor adventures for the entire family to enjoy. 

The addition of Kalahari Resorts helps to cement the Poconos region as a true family destination.
