Congratulations to our client, VisitFrisco and the Frisco Economic Development Corporation on the announcement that the PGA of America is moving its headquarters from Palm Beach County, Florida, to Frisco, where it will anchor a 600-acre, mixed-use development with an initial investment worth more than a half-billion. Part of the development will include an Omni Hotel, which H&LA was proud to complete the feasibility study for the hotel portion of the project that will help cement Frisco as a meetings and events haven.

The PGA of America development will feature two championship golf courses, a short course and practice areas totaling 45 holes; a clubhouse; Class AA office space; a 500-room Omni resort and 127,000-square-foot convention center; and a technologically advanced retail village.
