David J. Sangree, MAI, CPA, ISHC and Adam Zarczynski, CHIA attended the World Waterpark Association annual conference in Las Vegas, Nevada in October 2022. It was a record-breaking year for attendance and it was great to see many familiar faces and meet new people at the conference as well.

David and Adam lead a session at the Waterpark Development and Design Workshop on how to perform a market feasibility study for a waterpark or waterpark resort. A copy of the presentation is available here. The workshop had good participation with participants learning about how to develop a waterpark-related project.
