Hotel & Leisure Advisors is working on behalf of Mobile County, Alabama, to solicit qualifications and proposals from experienced firms to develop an outdoor waterpark on a 25-acre site that will either be sold or leased to the developer for the project. The subject site is located adjacent to the under-construction Mobile County Sportsplex Complex
