We are excited to announce our strengthened partnership with the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association (OHLA). OHLA’s mission is to provide advocacy, information, resources, and education for Ohio’s lodging properties while promoting and assisting Ohio’s hospitality and tourism industry. Previously, our firm provided regional supply updates for OHLA’s Greater Cleveland and Greater Akron lodging markets, which proved to be a valuable and appreciated resource by OHLA’s members. Starting in 2017, Hotel & Leisure Advisors (H&LA) will provide quarterly supply updates for each of OHLA’s regions, including the greater Akron, Canton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dayton, and Northwest Ohio markets. Occasionally, one of our consultants will present at the lodging council meetings to offer additional insight into the market.
