Discussing how to prepare hotel and waterpark feasibility studies with students, H&LA President, David Sangree, MAI, CPA, ISHC will be a guest lecturer at Michigan State University’s Hospitality Business Real Estate Investment and Development Class on September 25th.

These studies are typically performed by an independent, third-party consultant who specializes in analyzing the performance of waterpark and hotel projects, a feasibility study determines whether a proposed development is economically feasible and if the value of the proposed project equals or exceeds the development costs when completed and operational. The feasibility study analyzes revenues, expenses, and net income to determine the value of the proposed project compared to projected development costs.
