The DreamWorks theme is carried throughout the resort with attractions like Madagascar’s Rain Forest, Shrek’s Swap, and Kung Fu Panda Zone. The waterpark is part of the 3 million square foot American Dream lifestyle center, which opened in 2019 houses approximately 450 stores, restaurants, and services. The complex also includes Big Snow, North America’s only real-snow, year-round ski and snow resort.
